How Long Is Shipping?

All Items Categorized as Preorders Will ALWAYS Have A Scheduled Shipment Date So You Will Know When to Expect Your Order. Tracking Numbers Will Be Attached to Every Order & Sent to The Email Address You Entered at Check Out. Please Make Sure That the Email Address as Well as The Mailing Address Is Correct Before Submitting to Avoid A Delay in Receiving Your Order.

 

What If I Receive My Item & It Is Damaged?

 

Prior To Shipping, Each Item Will Be Thoroughly Inspected for Damages to Ensure Quality. In the Rare Event That Your Item Is Damaged in The Process of Shipping A Replacement Will Be Provided ONLY After Investigation. A Photo with Tags Still Attached & Packaging MUST Be Submitted to [email protected]

Along with A Detailed Statement About the Damages.
